Educate Yourself with the Symptoms of Diabetes

If there is one illness that plagues the modern man and sometimes without knowing it, this is diabetes. Diabetes for one is one of the causes of mortality or partial disability for someone who has this illness. Its symptoms are usually unknown to many that before they discover that they afflicted with it, many complications have already arisen.
There are basically two major types of diabetes: the type I and type II. But even with this classification of the illness there are symptoms of diabetes that are common for both types.
One of the usual symptoms of this illness is experiencing excessive thirst. A person may have not had engaged in any heavy physical effort yet feeling thirsty all the time. This may mean going for a drink of water repeatedly throughout the day. This feeling of thirst is not even a product of the weather. The weather is not that hot to make one sweat but still the individual still thirsty all the same.
If in case one does not experience excessive thirst, he may experience on the other hand hunger all the time. Like excessive thirst, this hunger is unexplainable also. He may have eaten a heavy meal, yet for unknown reason he will still feel hungry only after an hour or so. There is always that feeling that he needs to eat all the time.
Another most common symptom an individual experience when he has this illness is frequent urination. He usually feels the urge to relieve himself and go to the john in number of times just to feel relieved. This symptom can even disturb him even in the night when he is asleep since he will wake up feeling the need to empty his bladder. Unexpected trip to the john during the night then becomes a routine.
