The human body is one of the most astonishing things in the world. Blessed with billions of cells, trillions of nerves, a DNA that is equal to the distance between Earth and Moon and an analytical mind we are the only gifted living beings on this planet. But somehow we are not using any of these gifts. Of late we, the youth in particular, seem to have taken to drugs, booze, smoking etc. If you feel that you are one of those, then here is a brief list of steps that you MUST follow in order to lead a healthy and successful life.
Exercise, exercise and exercise – This is one of the most important steps you should undertake to bring that brightness inside you. A large number of population in this world are obese, which is a serious health disorder. And a dedicated exercise regime can be immensely helpful to counter weight gain. Wake up early in morning go for a jog for at least 30 minutes. Even a brisk walk will be fine for starters. But one most follow it diligently. Work out 5-6 times every week and see the difference.
The Perfect Diet – Your eating habits determine your personality. To be honest no one in this world wants to become fat but still they gain weight only because they cannot resist the temptation of eating their favorite dessert. If your goal is to get a healthy and fit body then you must resist that temptation. Eat healthy things like sprouts, cereal and fruits. A bowl of oats is healthier than a ton of Hamburger. Meet your dietician and help him plan out your diet regime. Follow it rigorously and you will find a positive change in you.
Quit Your Bad Habits – If you smoke, drink or consume drugs then it is high time that you quit it. It won’t help you a bit; instead it will kill you slowly. They may provide you a temporary boost but in the long run it will harm you like anything. It can cause disorders like liver failure, lung cancer and other nervous disorders. If you have been addicted to them for a long time then it may be difficult initially but overtime you will find that life is more beautiful without such addictions.
Bust That Stress – Stress kills you faster than anything else. Believe me, it can shatter your life in no time. That is why stress-management is crucial. Try to strike a balance between your workplace and home. A smile is all that is needed to bust your stress and find happiness. A happy state of mind can help you wade through any stressful moment. Join a laughter club, watch cartoons, play with your kid, just do any thing that will make you happy.
Follow all the above mentioned steps regularly and whole-heartedly if you want to get that perfect healthy body with no diseases. A wise man once said: Health is Wealth. I don’t think anyone will want to lose on his wealth, right?
