Montreal – This is a place for the true romantic. Montreal is the world’s second largest French speaking city and has its share of modern skyscrapers and a vibrant nightlife; giving you a taste of both cultures.
Niagara Falls, Ontario
This is one of the most romantic places in the world. Many people get married at this venue. Though the majority of the falls is in the United States, you could come here to see the Canadian side of the falls. Many people folk to the falls and if you are visiting Toronto, Niagara Falls is a short distance away.
Ottawa
Come to the capital to see what Canada and Canadians are like. Some of the interesting events are Changing of the Guard on Parliament Hill or the RCMP march, museums, the Rideau Canal; to name a few. The Rideau Canal is the longest skating rink in the world when it freezes. Apart from these, in summers you can see a lot of activity in the parks and bike paths in the city.
Quebec City
Explore the Quebecoise culture in Quebec city, which is rich and unique from the rest of Canada. For sightseeing, visit the world famous Chateaux Frontenac overlooking the St. Lawrence River on a cliff that was once a French Fort. Don’t miss the Old-City contained in an old wall, which protected the city from the British armies. The City Fortress makes Quebec City one of the last walled cities in the world.
