Roman Polanski 13 year old

Roman Polanski a popular filmmaker had sex with a 13 year old girl, back in 1977. The Swiss still had a police warrant on him and yesterday when he finally entered the country, he got caught. Apparently the 13 year old is happily married with 3 children and is about 45 years of age. The charge on Polanski is that he had un-lawful sexual intercourse with a minor 13 year old, which is of course illegal. The name of that 13-year-old kid is Samantha Geimer.

Roman Polanski was going to Zurich film festival for getting an award for his life achievement, and got caught the moment he reached Zurich airport. He was trying to avoid this situation all his life, and thus settled in France to avoid the US police. Now the real award will be given by the Swiss Justice Ministry who will be dealing with Polanski. Back in 1978 he left US, however he might not know that Switzerland and the US have a treaty, and that got him finally.

Among Polanski’s achievement is, “The Pianist” that even got an Oscar, all this was done in France. The festival organizers are at a state of horror and shock, but its something, which is beyond their control. Polanski is 76 years old now.

Back in 1977, Polanski performed a photography is a 13 year old model named, “Samantha Geimer”. And in the process performed oral sex and intercourse while she tried to resist and protests. After that he stayed in arrest for 42 days for questioning. Polanski knew there was no way out of it, thus he went to France and lived happily there for the last 3 decades.

Samantha Geimer though, on her part got an undisclosed settlement and wants to have this case closed. She very well know the kind of publicity she got from it, and she surely don’t want anymore publicity.
