Every couple wants to stand out with their choice of wedding rings. There is plenty of room to experiment out there with an overwhelming variety of designs at bay. The choice of the metal that you make is also something that you can use to create something that is out of the box. One particular metal that you can make use of is rose gold.

Rose gold wedding rings have not been very common over the ages. Driven by the passion to do something different many people are now increasingly being drawn to rings made out of rose gold. This is actually an alloy that is made of a mix of different metals. In contemporary times we can find rose gold to be used extensively in wedding and engagement rings.

The rose gold alloy is derived at by applying heat as well as pressure. The formation of the alloy in no way alters the chemical nature of any of the metals that form part of the alloy. In fact each of the metal even retains its natural color. It is this precise combination of colors that gives the rose gold its distinctive color.

Rose gold wedding rings are made out of three different metals, which are carefully mixed together, in order to arrive at the alloy. Gold, silver and copper is mixed together undergoing extreme levels of heat and pressure. A specific percentage of the three different kinds of metal are selected in order to form the alloy.

The copper content in rose gold is considered to be higher than in normal yellow gold. On the other hand the silver content is a bit lesser than what you would normally find in yellow gold.

The process used for creating the three metal alloys is known as Dyna. This is done with the help of dyna pressure switches, which control the multiple functions of the process. These switches also help to control the fuel input, ignition retard and waste gates. This ensures the production of high quality rose gold.

The high class rose gold wedding rings have an antique pink color which is the most striking element in these rings. One of the things that set rose gold apart is its light reflecting abilities when it is nicely polished. It almost acts as the surface of a mirror reflecting light from different angles.Rose gold wedding rings are timelessly impressive.
