When To Quit Your Job

It is a well-known fact that people quit their jobs for a number of reasons but when should you quit your job? Most people leave jobs for a number of reasons whether it may be that people have become disillusioned with their job or it could be the lack of fulfilment from a job.
Every job has some kind of promotional prospects that can be attained through dedication and a simple intelligence that offers your employer a sense that they can trust you in more demanding positions. Unfortunately some employers overlook people for promotions time and time again, which can give the employee a sense of uselessness as maybe someone less qualified keeps getting promoted over them. When this happens it can lead to an unhappy work environment and this is definitely a time to leave and move on to something new and exciting.
Again the one thing that we cannot control is age and with some jobs being more demanding than others for example a cocktail barman in a busy LA night club would have to have great charisma and be able to work at speed and this is usually aimed at the younger generation where as a sleepy bar in a quieter part of town would require minimal effort but would be more suited to the older generation.
Nine out of ten people each day think about leaving their jobs because they are stressful or are having an adverse effect on their social or personal life. When this happens it is time to rethink your options and maybe decide to cut back on what you are doing or even decide it is time to quit your job otherwise the job could start running you and then you will sink slowly to becoming a robot that just runs on auto pilot all day long.
